If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] or our instagram @modestlabelco within 14 days of receiving your item, with your order number as well as the reason for return/exchange.You must contact us first before sending back to the return address.

When sending the parcel, we recommend a tracked service with confirmation of the delivery (e.g. Royal Mail) as we will not be held responsible for any lost packages when returning your items that we have not received.
Return/Exchanges
A return/exchange will ONLY be accepted provided that the item(s) returned are unworn, unused and in perfect and original packaging/condition when sending the item's back to us. All tags must be still attached.

Shipping Products Back To Us
Failure to send back in original packaging and mishandling of our products could mean deduction in fee of the exchange. Tags however must be attached and is compulsory in receiving any form of refund.
Any defect which includes marks, stains, damage, or distinct smells on the items which suggest they have been worn, will mean that a exchange is not accepted. Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 14 working days for us to process and issue your exchange.
